Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) has decided to implement One Certification to allow staff from any VCH facility to apply for jobs across the organization. Jobs are currently restricted to certain facilities. The new One Certifcaiton project will affect employee job data within their PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System (HCM). A massive data conversion excersise to their employee job data will be done.
The project will start October 2005 and will be project managed by Oracle PeopleSoft. Oracle has sourced the Technical oversight and project management to Creative Netcom who will source and oversee the Project’s Technical resources.
